Organizer
The giveaway is organized by BERT COFFEE (see Imprint for company details). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram , Facebook (Meta) or TikTok

Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons residing in Austria who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

• Duration & Entry
  The giveaway starts on 25.09.2025 and ends on 02.10.2025 (00:00). Participation is valid by following, liking and commenting 3 friends on the giveaway post, sharing the post in the story. Multiple entries are permitted.

• Prize
  The following prize will be awarded among all valid entries: 1 year 1 coffee per day or 3 matcha per week & 3x 1 30g Bert Matcha tin (in total 4 prizes). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Winner Selection & Notification
  The winner(s) will be determined after the giveaway ends by random draw and notified via Instagram/TikTok comment or direct message. If no response is received within 5 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

• Data Protection
  Personal data collected during the giveaway (e.g. name, contact details) will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for prize delivery. For more information, get in touch with us.

• Miscellaneous
  Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer reserves the right to make justified changes to the giveaway. In case of suspicion of manipulation or violation of the terms, the organizer may exclude participants.
